U18 Head Coach
Hi
My name is John Ralf
Ausable Valley Minor Hockey has named me the Head Coach of U18
A little background on myself, I grew up in Aylmer, Ontario where I played all my minor hockey after my minor hockey was done; I went on to play Jr for 5 years in Aylmer and Port Dover. When I was done playing, I started coaching and have been coach for the last 17 years from A to Jr. Last year I was with the Aylmer Spitfires Jr C team.
My coaching philosophy is having a hard working, disciplined team that plays at both end of the ice.
I take pride in developing player to be able to play at the next level, or taking what I have taught them into coaching.
