Valley Hockey Association believes in the development and support of our
volunteer coaches and would like your feedback on mid-year coach performance. AVHA will be collecting feedback via confidential
e-mail.
This process will assist AVHA in the proper
review of coach performance; address concerns raised and highlight
accomplishments. All feedback is confidential and will not be shared with bench
staff unless the release of the information is consented to by the submitting
party. By using this process, families can submit feedback on any head coach or
member of the team staff, provide positive comments and constructive criticisms
and allow AVHA to review and follow-up on specific situations.
AVHA is seeking feedback in key developmental areas such as organizational
skills, communication, practice planning, game and bench management and
suitability for future coaching considerations. This is your opportunity to
have a voice in shaping the development, training and expectations that we
place on our volunteer coaches to ensure positive and educational hockey
seasons.
